I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

I just placed an order. Can I check the status of it online?
You can check the status of your order in the ‘My Account’ page on the website. Just click on the order number that you’d like to check the status of. You can also track your package – and get text updates – using the Shop App.
What if an item is sold out?
When we go to market, we try to buy unusual, beautiful and interesting products for the store. As most of our products are from Europe, we bring home a limited amount of each item. For the most part, whatever we have in stock is all we are able to get, and when they're sold out, we are unable to reorder. However, if a product is very popular, easy to source, and easy to import, we will reorder. If you have questions about a particular item, please call the store and ask. We are always happy to help and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at our store.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
We endeavor to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible, so you can receive your items in a timely manner. With that in mind, we cannot guarantee changes are able to be processed once the order has been submitted. However, if you would like to alter or cancel an existing order, please email us at email@example.com. We will do everything we can to ensure you are pleased with your shopping experience.
ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
I saw an item in your boutique, but I can’t seem to find it on your website.
Not everything that we carry in the store will be on our online store. Usually the reason for this would be either the item is too costly to ship or there is only one of them in the store.
I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don’t have my size. Will it be back in stock?
When it comes to clothing, we tend to re-order from the same companies that prove to be popular with our customers. However, sometimes when we go to re-order, the company is sold out of the current season’s lines. The best thing to do is call the store and ask.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We offer gift bags in store but do not currently offer gift wrapping for online orders. If you live locally and choose pickup or local delivery at checkout, we can gift wrap your item. Please let us know that you would like your order gift wrapped in the order notes section at checkout.
How is my order gift packaged?
Gift packaging will include the following:
- Prices will be removed
- Items will be wrapped in tissue
- All items will be placed in a branded gift bag with fluffed tissue and our signature pieces of dried lavender in a bow on the handle of the gift bag
How do I select gift packaging when I am checking out?
Please add a note to your order that you would like the item gift wrapped. Please note: gift packaging is only for pickup and local delivery orders.
What are the online payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Discover, American Express, Diner's Club International, JCB, CUP, Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Google Pay, ApplePay and Lavender Hill Designs Gift Cards.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders will ship in 1-2 business days, pending any unexpected delays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
SHIPPING & CHARGES
Do you save my billing and shipping information so I don’t have to enter it each time I place an order?
If you are a registered user with an account and have signed in, yes. Click here to create an account. There is also a ‘Remember Me’ option at checkout – simply tick the box next to where it says “Save my information for a faster checkout” to have the system remember you.
Taxes are based on the order's "Ship To" address.
We currently offer international shipping to limited destinations through our website. If you would like to ship something outside of the United States and your country is not listed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return an item?
As our store is closing, all sales are final, and we will not accept any returns.
